Welcome to An Introduction to Mindfulness
This mini course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of mindfulness; what it is, how it can benefit your life and wellbeing, We will unpack the basics of the beginner's mind and how to encourage a witness perspective and the importance of compassion. We will end the course with a 30 minute guided meditation. The whole thing should take you about an hour to complete.
