You found me and Wise by Nature, so already I know a little bit about you and that you have an interest in exploring the possibility of living more fully present in your own life. I also know that you are seeking more harmony and balance within, and in your interactions with world around you. This is great news! I welcome you to explore with me some of the many ways in which we can enrich our time on this earth - simply by connecting with our True Nature!

All the online courses I offer will help you learn more about who you really are - the big Self - by learning to pay more attention and with childlike curiosity to what actual IS and not getting caught up in the stories we tell ourseves. We will learn about the importance and profound benefits that come with anchoring ourselves in the present moment: mentally, emotionally and physically, all the while cultivating more compassion for ourselves and ergo, the world around us. We will explore our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies with the goal of better communication with, and understanding of, our full beingness.

I am a certified mindfulness instructor, yoga instructor and life and spiritual coach. I have a 30 year background in bodywork utilizing multiple modalities including Neuro Structural bodywork, Traditional Thai massage, Tuina and Shiatsu.

The bodymind interplay has been my primary passion and I was originally inspired by the work of Thomas Hanna, a pioneer in mindbody somatic therapy, and Wilhelm Reich and his work with Postural Integration and the concept of an emotional and spiritual basis to the health of our physical bodies.

I began my journey with mindfulness back in 1995 after attending a 10 day mindfulness meditation silent retreat in Thailand. I was struck by how at home I felt being introduced to this practice. After time I learnt to see that the feeling of home was the connection I had found with my own true nature. Formal and informal mindfulness practice has been part of my life ever since.

My work today is about helping you to discover you own true nature and find connection, freedom, balance and harmony within yourself and with the world around you. I love what I do. I look forward to sharing it with you.
